Noelie is........

An Angel!

You scored as Angel. Angel: Angels are the guardians of all things, from the smallest ant to the tallest tree. They give inspiration, love, hope, and positive emotion. They live among humans without being seen. They are the good in all things, and if you feel alone, don't fear. They are always watching. Often times they merely stand by, whispering into the ears of those who feel lost. They would love nothing more then to reveal themselves, but in today's society, this would bring havoc and many unneeded questions. Give thanks to all things beautiful, for you are an Angel.

What Mythological Creature are you? (Cool Pics!)
created with QuizFarm.com
You scored as Faerie. Faerie: Aren't you a cute little flying person? Faeries are earth spirits. They live among each element completely hidden. They have cousins called Pixies. Pixies however, are very mischevious. They enjoy tormenting other creatures for fun. Little pranksters.. I hope you never meet one. Pixies have a bad reputation for finding a creature and clinging to them until death. Faeries can be somewhat close to a Pixie, but mostly they are loving, playful, and carry with them a child-like enthusiasm for life. Hide among the pedals of a Daisy, you are a Faerie.

Is it just me?

Or are movie audiences ruder this year than last year?

Marlei and I haven't hit a movie as of late where people won't shut up around you, and last night just because I had a craving to listen to the Lion one more time, we took the Snobaybe to watch "The Chronicles of Narnia", and even with the cell phone warning, the turkey in the loud obnoxious group just behind us, just had to take a call and sit there calmly having a conversation behind us.

Oooo. and I HATE the audiences for Marlei's choir concerts. I have to control myself from going up front, going to the mic, and asking "What part of being polite, respectful and on time do you all just think you are exempt from!" Okay you ARE getting me at one of my most self-righteous, BLUE moments, but gee whiz, is it really that taxing to ARRIVE ON TIME, KEEP YOUR MOUTHS SHUT, and BE RESPECTFUL of other audience members behind you?

Sorry for blowing steam here. I will get off the soap box now! I promise to find something lighthearted and fun for later, even if it is just posting my recipes for my chicken artichoke casserole and pumpkin pudding.......

To be honest

I had to do the tie breaker question and I ended up a winter really, but it was a hard choice, so the Snobaybe and I went back and did the different answer so we could see Ms Spring.. here she is.. the other 100% I got!

You scored as Spring. You are SPRING. Ever optimistic, you readily greet each day with an open mind, and with gladness in your heart knowing that even should life share its dimness with you, the sun -will- come out.

The Spanish Computer

A Spanish teacher was explaining to her class that in Spanish, unlike English, nouns are designated as either masculine or feminine.
"House" for instance, is feminine: "la casa."
"Pencil," however, is masculine: "el lapiz."
A student asked, "What gender is 'computer'?"
Instead of giving the answer, the teacher split the class into two groups, male and female, and asked them to decide for themselves whether "computer" should be a masculine or a feminine noun.
Each group was asked to give four reasons for its recommendation.
The men's group decided that "computer" should definitely be of the feminine gender ("la computadora"), because: 1. No one but their creator understands their internal logic; 2. The native language they use to communicate with other computers is incomprehensible to everyone else; 3. Even the smallest mistakes are stored in long term memory for possible later retrieval; and 4. As soon as you make a commitment to one, you find yourself spending half your paycheck on accessories for it. (THIS GETS BETTER!) The women's group, however, concluded that computers should be Masculine ("el computador"), because:
1. In order to do anything with them, you have to turn them on; 2. They have a lot of data but still can't think for themselves; 3. They are supposed to help you solve problems, but half the time they ARE the problem; and 4. As soon as you commit to one, you realize that if you had waited a little longer, you could have gotten a better model.
The women won.

What Season is Cindy

You scored as Winter. You are WINTER. You're more introspective, thinking deeply, feeling deeply. You love nothing better than to enjoy one on one time with those who are important to you. You are cautious, and sometimes second guess yourself. Dreams, though you have them, are a luxury, because life is not a plaything.

No, not for real, but at Tigersue's suggestion I am going to get brave and post the link Here!

Be warned: I read this not being ready for what my friend Ish was going to do, trying to gulp down some lunch. My computer monitor was in danger of a shower and my co-workers were fearful of having to do the Heimlich for a minute. Bury your wife?

A man and his ever-nagging wife went on a vacation to Jerusalem. Whilethey were there, the wife passed away. The undertaker told the husband,"You can have her shipped home for $5,000, or you can bury her here inthe Holy Land for $150."

The man thought about it and told him he would just have her shippedhome.

The undertaker asked, "Why would you spend $5,000 to ship your wifehome, when it would be wonderful to be buried here and you would spendonly $150?"

The man replied, "Long ago a man died here, was buried here, and three days later he rose from the dead. I just can't take that chance."

Survivor

I couldn't believe survivor tonight. Once again I'm amazed at the foolishness of people in the first stages of the game! What is it with people kicking off the one player on a team with work ethic, and skills that are so vital. Here you have a group of "Older" women, obviously not old enough, that need everything they have to win imunity challenges and they boot off the one person that could help them win. Now none of them deserve to win in my book. Dumbdee, dumb, dumb, dumb. Good thing I'm not out there, or maybe I should have, they could send me home and Tina could have stayed. I surely would want a lumber jill to be around as long as possible.

Cindy probably already has it

But I just did the sample tour through Il Divo's new album, Ancora, and there is some pretty fine stuff there, pretty fine. And the music isn't bad either! Hehe
