I believe we should use this space in part for the sharing of totally fun, I-love-being-a-girl kinda stuff.
So let me begin: It will be no surprise that I am a lotion addict. It is my favorite personal care item, and I ADORE the scent of "Strawberries and Champagne." I have found that the nice thing about lotion as a scent, is that it doesn't overpower, but I still get told at least once a day I smell good by my co-workers that I end up getting close to so I can talk to them and not have everyone else nearby hear everything about their monitor scores.
I am hoping for some rose scented stuff from Avon :-)
I KNOW the snobaybe and Cindy must have some other good ideas on how to pamper ourselves!

Oh boy oh boy!!! Where oh where do I start??? So many things to choose from... Well I guess my favorite scents from Vickies would be Lovespell and Pure Seduction. Also from Bath and Body I love Lavender Vanilla in aromatherapies and Vanilla Milk in the Breathe line. I also really like the Scent of the new Victoria's secret Spa line, it's really fresh girly and clean. Anything from Vickie's as far as men are concerned is a plus, the funny thing is usually they know exactly what scent it is. For example one day in my college U.S. History class I put on the Pear scent and before class and there was a guy like sniffing all the girls and saying "who put on the Victoria's Secret Pear lotion?" once he tracked it down to little old me, all the guys around and him began a discussion about Victoria's Secret Garden Scents.

ReplyDeleteYesterday when my puter was slow and my direct manager had Seth look at it, Seth came over and looked and said, while fiddliing with the programs I use and said "You do smell really good."
The one gal on the other team that sometimes hands out our checks says I smell like a candle store,in a good way.

Make up is hard, I love absolutely anything I can try. Though I have now an absolute favorite mascara, and that's saying a lot, cause every other one I've tried has been kind of a "well I guess it gets the job done" situation so here it is folks Cover Girl "Lash Exact" it's the new one with the funky looking purple brush.I will truely be sad if they ever get rid of this one. The other make up item I absolutely love is another from Vickie's (it's true they know how to make a woman feel good and sexy)it's their lip gloss line. If you can go get one of their samplers with like five colors. I love all of them though one color is my fav "sex kitten"(can I say that???)

How about the rare times I want real perfume. I love 'Joy' and 'L'air D'temps' (sp of course! )
And Snobabye, when are you going to do some totally lying but making me look picture like yours( folks let me make it clear, the snobaybe is ADORABLE, I am the one that needs he lying picture!)

Melaluca Handlotion, my life saver right now, a friend gave me some, and with sick kids in the house my hands are raw from all the handwashing to try to keep Abbie healthy.
OF course Satin Hands, another life saver, Tashy was doing it the other day to help her hands from all the hand washing she was doing.
My life is aways crazy Tiger: if I have to wait for optimum to think of girlie things I would have to wait for someyear past the Resurrection or something!

ReplyDeleteN~ suggestion on make up... I love any of Loreal's mascaras... esp the extend wear.
I love the subtle colors that give some color. I use either loreal or revlon.
As far as smelly stuff.. I love Carrier perfume. Yummy
I also adore Vickies Vanilla...
I love any thing that smells comforting.
Let me know when you are ready for some pictures. I have my camera on me pretty much all the time, so one of these days when I'm over I'll do it then.
